Commercial photography includes a wide variety of subject areas: interior and exterior architecture, advertising, illustration, two dimensional and three dimensional artwork, legal, industrial,  scientific, product, public relations, construction, fashion, editorial and even aerial.

Special consideration must always be given to the desired location. Does the work need to be completed environmentally, in the studio, or, do special sets have to be designed to fully complement the special subjects to be photographed?

Light and its quality are very important to the final outcome of the photograph. Often the sun, low on the horizon, is the best choice for lighting. Other times, multiple electronic strobes are the order of the day.
